The blazing world of Art Basel in Miami Beach
One of the most important events in the art world is about to take place in Miami. The international art fair Art Basel will take place in Miami December 6 – 9.
Art Basel is an incredible platform for galleries to show and sell their work to buyers, while for visitors – especially Modern Art fans – it’s an amazing opportunity to get to know new talents.
While the art show also takes place in Switzerland, and Hong Kong, in the American show leading galleries from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa will show significant work from the masters of Modern and contemporary art, as well as the new generation of emerging stars.
Paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, films, and digital art of the highest quality will be on display in the main exhibition hall.

Celebrity Sightings
If you party during Miami’s Art Week do not be surprised if you spot quite a handful of celebrities, names like Paris Hilton, Jamie King, Joan Smalls, Scott Disick, Sophia Richie and Miley Cyrus have been known to visit Miami’s art circuit during this week in previous years. If you go to Soho Beach House, Miami Beach Convention Center, Casa Tua, Delano South Beach or Casa Barcardi, you’re likely to spot some A-list celebrities.
